What is UrbanStems' return and refund policy?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if your bouquet or plant arrives damaged, contact care@urbanstems.com with your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. A replacement or account credit will be arranged depending on availability.
How does the UrbanStems referral program work?
Share your referral link with a friend. When they complete their first order using your link, you earn $25 in points and they receive $25 off their order.
