What is TUSHY's return policy?
Unopened TUSHY bidets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit only — the security seal must be intact. Returns are processed within 7–10 business days. Store credit is valid for 5 years. Sale items, bundles, Bamboo TP, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Can I split my TUSHY purchase into installments?
Yes. TUSHY offers 4 interest-free installments at checkout via a buy-now-pay-later option. For example, the Classic 3.0 at $129 works out to roughly $32.25 every two weeks. Select the installment option during checkout to split any order across four payments.
