Does Topps offer free shipping?
Yes. Topps provides free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders below that threshold are subject to standard shipping fees. Faster delivery options — including Priority and Overnight — are available at an additional cost.
How do I earn FanCash on Topps.com?
You earn 2% FanCash automatically on eligible Topps.com purchases — including select hobby products, all Topps NOW® cards, supplies, and apparel — when you're logged into your Fanatics ONE account at checkout. Guest checkouts do not earn FanCash.
Where can I spend FanCash earned at Topps?
FanCash earned on Topps.com can be redeemed on Fanatics.com, the Fanatics App, Fanatics Live fixed-price items, Fanatics Sportsbook Bonus Bets and Profit Boosts (where eligible), Casino Credits (in casino states), and at Lids locations. It cannot be redeemed for cash.
Does Topps FanCash expire?
Yes. FanCash expires one year from the date it was earned. However, making any new eligible purchase on a FanCash platform resets the expiration date on your entire balance to one year from that new purchase date. Even a single Topps NOW® card purchase is enough to extend it.
Can I return trading cards to Topps?
No. Topps operates an all-sales-final policy on trading cards and hobby products. Returns are only accepted in rare circumstances. The exception is apparel, which has a 30-day return window from the ship date. Check Topps.com's Returns Policy for full details.
What is the Red Rookie Redemption promotion?
If you pull a Red RC parallel from Bowman Baseball or Bowman Chrome and the featured player wins MLB Rookie of the Year, you can redeem that card for $100 in FanCash. Submit the card through the Fanatics Collect app or website after the award is announced in November.
How does the MLB MVP Buyback program work?
Collectors holding eligible Topps Chrome Baseball cards of the MLB MVP can bring them to participating local card shops for store credit. Credit tiers are: Base card = $20, Refractor = $40, Numbered above /100 = $100, and Numbered below /100 = $200 or more.
How do I apply a Topps discount code at checkout?

Yes. Topps offers quantity discounts when you buy multiple copies of the same Topps NOW® card. Purchasing in larger quantities lowers your per-card cost below the standard single-card price of $8.99. FanCash is also earned on Topps NOW® purchases when you're logged in at checkout.

Topps offers live chat support Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST. You must be logged into your Fanatics ONE account to access the chat icon on Topps.com. For product defects, submit a claim through your account with photo evidence. Redemption card requests are also managed through your Topps.com account.
