How much is off my first Tempo by Home Chef box as a new customer?

Where do I enter a Tempo promo code during sign-up?
The promo code field appears during the sign-up flow after you enter your zip code and email address. Enter your discount code there and confirm the updated total reflects the saving before completing your order. The field also accepts gift card codes.
Can I combine a Tempo discount code with other offers?

Who qualifies for the Tempo Heroes Discount?

How do Tempo referral credits work?
Existing subscribers earn $40 in Tempo credit per successful referral. The referred new customer receives a discount on their first box. Credits are applied automatically to future deliveries and must be used within 90 days of issue. Credits cannot be combined with other offers and are limited to one per new household address.
Can I cancel my Tempo subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or modify your subscription at any time online through your account dashboard or by emailing support@homechef.com. There are no cancellation fees. Changes must be made before the deadline for your next scheduled delivery.
What payment methods does Tempo by Home Chef accept?
Tempo accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Your chosen payment method is charged automatically at the deadline for each scheduled delivery. Refunds are returned using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
How do I request a refund or credit from Tempo by Home Chef?
Submit a refund or credit request within seven days of delivery by emailing support@homechef.com. Tempo will issue either an account credit or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds on orders over $100 are handled at Tempo's discretion and may be issued as credits rather than cash refunds.
How do Tempo eGift cards work?
Tempo eGift cards can be purchased individually or in bulk for organizations. To redeem one, you need a Tempo account. The full balance must be used at the time of activation — cards are not reloadable, carry no cash value, and can only be redeemed through the Tempo website. Bulk orders can be arranged by contacting Tempo directly.

Yes. Tempo's pricing is volume-based — the per-serving cost decreases as your weekly meal count increases. Plans range from 4 to 16+ meals per week, with the lowest per-serving rate available at the highest plan tier, starting at around $10.98 per serving.
