How many points do I earn per dollar at Smoothie King?
Standard Healthy Rewards members earn 100 Purpose Points per $1 spent on smoothies, bowls, and food purchases (up to $100 per day). Champion Members — those who reach 35,000 points within a 12-month period — earn 125 Purpose Points per $1 spent, a 25% higher earn rate.
How do Smoothie King Purpose Points convert to rewards?
Every 2,500 Purpose Points automatically converts to a $2 Healthy Reward. You can apply it to your next order right away or save it in your Banked Rewards to use later. Rewards are valid for 180 days from your last transaction and can only be used once per reward.
What is Free Upsize Friday at Smoothie King?
Every Friday, Healthy Rewards app members receive a free upsize — you pay for a smaller smoothie size and get the next size up at no extra charge. The deal appears automatically in your app cart. Note that Program Rewards cannot be combined with Free Upsize Friday offers, though you still earn Purpose Points on those purchases.

Do Smoothie King Purpose Points expire?
Yes. Purpose Points expire after 180 days of inactivity — meaning 180 days since your last qualifying purchase. Banked Rewards follow the same rule. Keep your account active with at least one smoothie, bowl, or food purchase every six months to avoid losing your balance.
Can I earn points if I forgot my phone at Smoothie King?
Yes, two options are available:Tell the cashier you're a Healthy Rewards member and provide the email or phone number on your account — rewards populate automatically if you've logged in at least once.Keep your receipt, then open the app and tap Earn Points On A Past Order. Enter the barcode digits from the receipt within 48 hours.
How do Smoothie King gift cards work with the app?
Gift cards are available in-store, online, and as e-gift cards in any amount. If you add a gift card to your Healthy Rewards account, the full balance transfers into the app and can only be used through the app — not at the register offline.
