Can I watch Showtime series on the Essential plan?
Yes. A selection of Showtime series is available on the Essential plan, including Billions (seasons 1–7), Dexter (seasons 1–8 plus New Blood), Yellowjackets (seasons 1–2), and Ray Donovan (seasons 1–7). For the full Showtime library, you'll need to upgrade to the Premium plan.
How do I redeem a Paramount+ gift card?
Visit paramountplus.com/redeem and enter your gift card code. If you already have an active subscription purchased on the website, you can also redeem through your account page. Only one gift card can be redeemed when first signing up; additional cards can be added to your account afterward.
Do Paramount+ gift cards expire?
No. Unredeemed Paramount+ gift cards don't expire and carry no fees. Gift Card Credit that remains on your account after canceling a subscription also stays indefinitely, as long as you don't delete your account. It'll be waiting when you reactivate.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my Paramount+ subscription?
No cash refunds are issued upon cancellation. If your subscription was paid using Gift Card Credit and Paramount approves a refund, it's returned as Gift Card Credit to your account, not as cash. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is Paramount+ included with Walmart+?
Yes. Paramount+ Essential is included at no extra cost with a Walmart+ membership, which costs $12.95/month or $98/year. Walmart+ also comes with its own free trial period. For existing Walmart+ members, the streaming access is effectively part of the package at no additional charge.
Can a Showtime promo code be combined with a free trial or gift card?
No. New-customer promotional codes can only be used once and can't be combined with a gift card redemption at sign-up.
