Does Serena & Lily offer free shipping?
Free domestic ground shipping applies automatically at checkout on orders over $3,000 during the current sale. This is valid for the 48 contiguous states only. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are excluded. Outside of sale periods, Serena & Lily uses a flat-rate shipping model starting at $19 for small items.
How do I get 15% off my first Serena & Lily order?
Sign up for Serena & Lily's marketing emails as a new customer and you'll receive a unique code for 15% off your first purchase. Enter it in your shopping bag at checkout. The discount excludes Sale items, Gift Certificates, Art, PUBLIC® Bikes, the Zafferano and Les Jardins lighting collections, and a few other categories. It cannot be combined with other codes or the Trade discount.
What is the Serena & Lily return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Bedding and unopened wallpaper have a 60-day return window with a complimentary return label included. Kids mattresses come with a 120-night trial. Items that cannot be returned include clearance pieces, custom orders, installed lighting, Gift Certificates, and Original Art.

Can I use Affirm to pay at Serena & Lily?
Yes. Serena & Lily accepts Affirm for monthly payment plans on orders between $150 and $25,000. Your first payment is due 30 days after your order is processed for shipment. Affirm is available on the website only and is not offered in Iowa or West Virginia. Gift Certificates are not eligible for Affirm financing.
Does Serena & Lily have a birthday discount?
Yes. Serena & Lily offers a Birthday Treat of $50 off orders of $200 or more. Register your birthday through your account, and you'll receive a unique code during your birthday month. Does Serena & Lily offer a warranty on furniture?
Yes. Serena & Lily provides a lifetime guarantee on the frames, springs, swivels, and motion mechanisms of custom upholstered furniture for the original owner. Items must be purchased through the website or a Design Shop and used in a residential setting. The guarantee does not cover upholstery fabric or cushion inserts. A Peace of Mind Protection Plan is also available for additional coverage.
Can I try fabric or wallpaper before buying at Serena & Lily?
Yes. Serena & Lily allows you to order up to 3 complimentary swatches, fabric or wallpaper, at no cost. Swatches ship via USPS First Class and arrive within 7–10 business days. This is a practical way to check colors and textures in your space before committing to a full purchase. Note that fabric yardage and opened wallpaper swatches are not eligible for return.
