What is the Sam Edelman return policy?
US customers can return unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase for free, either via over 2,600 Happy Returns drop-off locations or by mail using a pre-paid UPS label. Refunds are initiated immediately at drop-off. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How does the Sam Edelman Loyalty program work?
The Loyalty program is free to join with no minimum spend. Members receive free shipping on all orders, a $10 off $50 welcome credit, an annual birthday reward, and access to monthly member-only offers. Sign up on the Sam Edelman website to activate benefits immediately.
Can I exchange shoes for a different style at Sam Edelman?
No. Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color at equal or lower price. For a different style entirely, submit a return for a refund and place a new order. Exchanges are free and processed within 30 days of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible.
Does Sam Edelman offer buy now, pay later?
Yes. Zip, Klarna, and Afterpay are all available at checkout. Zip splits your total into four payments every two weeks with a $1 per-installment fee. Your first 25% is due at checkout. Klarna and Afterpay terms apply per their own policies. A US debit or credit card is required for Zip.
How do I cancel a Sam Edelman order?
You have a one-hour window after placing your order to cancel it. After that window closes, cancellation is no longer possible and you'll need to return the items once they arrive. Contact customer service as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
