Active military, veterans, first responders, nurses, and law enforcement are eligible. Verify your status through ID.me on the Rokform website and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. The program is for personal use only.
What is Rokform's return policy?
Rokform accepts returns within 60 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You'll need a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping anything back. Domestic returns are managed through your Rokform account; international returns require contacting info@rokform.com.
Does Rokform offer a product warranty?
Yes. Rokform provides a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. To make a claim, email proof of purchase, your full name and shipping address, and a photo of the damaged product to info@rokform.com. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered.
