Yes. Reef provides free shipping on orders over $65 within the continental United States, delivered via FedEx Ground Economy or DeliverDirect Ground in 7–10 business days. Free shipping is not available in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or US territories.
Can I use a Reef promo code on sale items?
It depends on the offer. The welcome discount applies to select products and colors only. Items marked as Final Sale (including those bought during clearance events or promotions) are excluded from all discount codes. Always check item eligibility before applying a code at checkout.

What is Reef's return policy?
Reef accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to an $8 handling fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items marked Final Sale are never eligible for return, including those purchased during sales or clearance events.
How does the Reef referral program work?
Share your Reef referral link with a friend and they get $10 off their first order. Once they complete that purchase, you receive a $10 coupon to use on your next order. Both discounts are issued after the friend's qualifying order is placed.
How do I get a same-day refund on a Reef return?
Use a Happy Returns Drop Off location. When you drop off your item there, Reef issues a refund to your original payment method the same day. Standard Box & Ship returns are processed once the Returns Department receives and reviews your package, which takes longer.
What gift card denominations does Reef offer?
Reef digital gift cards are available in six amounts: $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, and $200. They're delivered by email and can be redeemed at reef.com or in Reef retail locations by entering the card number at checkout. Lost cards are not replaced.
