How do I join QDOBA Rewards and what do I get for signing up?
Signing up is free and takes no purchase to enroll. Register through the QDOBA app or at order.qdoba.com. Once you join, a free order of chips and queso is loaded to your Rewards Wallet. Redeem it with any full-sized entrée purchase within 60 days. Valid in restaurant, on QDOBA.com, and in the app. Not available on catering or third-party delivery orders.
How many points do I need for a free entrée at QDOBA?
You need 125 points in the U.S. (160 points in Canada). Points convert automatically, so there's nothing to manually trigger. Once you hit the threshold, a Free Entrée Reward appears in your Rewards Wallet and is valid for 60 days. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at participating locations.
What is QDOBA Gold Status and how do I get it?
Gold Status is the top tier of QDOBA Rewards, reached after completing 12 qualifying visits in one calendar year. It stays active through the rest of that year and all of the next. Gold Status perks include:$2 Chips and Dip daily (queso, guac, or salsa; $3 in Canada)Free birthday entrée (vs. free chips and queso for standard members)Surprise mystery offers throughout the year
Can I earn QDOBA Rewards points if I forgot to scan at the register?
Yes. Save your receipt and use the 23-digit claim code printed at the bottom. In the QDOBA app, go to the Scan tab, tap "Claim your points," and enter the code. You have 30 days from the date of your visit to claim retroactively. For catering orders (which don't include a 23-digit code), email your receipt to Guestrelations@qdobacares.com.
Do QDOBA Rewards points expire?
Points don't expire as long as you make at least one qualifying transaction every 12 consecutive months. If your account goes 12 months without a qualifying visit, unused points expire. Earned rewards like a Free Entrée expire 60 days from the date they're issued, so use them before the window closes.
How does the QDOBA birthday reward work?
Standard QDOBA Rewards members receive free chips and queso as a birthday reward. Gold Status members receive a free entrée. To qualify, you must set your birthday in your account before the first day of your birthday month. Once it's saved, it can't be changed, so make sure you add it in advance.
Can I earn QDOBA Rewards points on third-party delivery orders?
No. Points are not earned and rewards cannot be redeemed on orders placed through delivery apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats. To earn points, order directly through the QDOBA app, at QDOBA.com, or in restaurant. The same restriction applies to most promotional offers, including the new member welcome reward and seasonal promotions.
How do QDOBA Catering Rewards work?
Catering Points are tracked separately from regular dining points. You earn 1 point per $1 spent on catering orders. Summer Rewards on Q is a Rewards Member exclusive promotion.
