The Explorer Pass lets you choose a set number of attractions, between 2 and 7, and use them flexibly over a 60-day window. The All-Inclusive Pass suits packed itineraries; the Explorer Pass suits a more relaxed pace.

Yes, as long as your pass has not been activated. Non-activated passes are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Pre-booking an attraction before your visit counts as activation and ends refund eligibility. Contact the London Pass team or use the on-site chatbot to start a claim.
Does pre-booking an attraction activate my London Pass?
Yes. Pre-booking any attraction before your visit is treated as activation of the London Pass. Once activated, refunds are no longer available, even if you haven't physically visited any attractions yet.
