Yes, on monthly plans. Cancel a booked class at least 72 hours (3 days) before it starts and your credit is returned to your account. Cancel within 72 hours or miss the class entirely and the credit is permanently lost.
What happens to unused credits if I pause my Lingoda subscription?
Unused credits are preserved when you pause your account. You can pause for up to 4 weeks once per billing cycle. Credits become accessible again when you resume your subscription. Note that credits cannot be accessed after your last payment cycle ends if you cancel entirely.
