How do I get 40% off my first KiwiCo subscription month?
Sign up for KiwiCo's email list before placing your first subscription order. The 40% discount applies automatically to your first month. No promo code is needed. Note: Panda Crate subscribers receive 20% off their first crate instead. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Does KiwiCo offer free shipping?
Yes. All active U.S. subscriptions include free standard shipping on every crate — saving $7.95 per order. This covers all 50 states, Hawaii, Alaska, and military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Free standard shipping is also available on KiwiCo Store purchases for non-subscribers.
How does the KiwiCo referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with a friend. They get $15 off their first subscription purchase, and once they buy, you receive a $15 account credit. There's no limit on referrals — credits accumulate and apply to any future subscription purchase.
What subscription plans does KiwiCo offer?
KiwiCo offers monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans. Most crate lines start at $24 per month on a monthly rolling plan. Longer-term plans reduce the per-crate cost. Non-renewing plans (including gift subscriptions) expire after the original term and are not refundable.
Can I return a KiwiCo subscription crate?
No. Subscription crates are not eligible for return. Only individual crates purchased from the KiwiCo Store can be returned within 60 days of purchase, unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. No exchanges are accepted.
Is there a KiwiCo discount for educators?
Yes. Educators ordering 10 or more eligible crates from the KiwiCo Education Catalog receive 10% off. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or bundles. It applies exclusively to Education Catalog orders, not standard subscriptions.
How do I cancel my KiwiCo subscription?
You have two options:Self-service cancellation: Log into your KiwiCo Account page and follow the cancellation steps there. Cancel by 11:59 PM EST the day before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.Email cancellation: Contact cancel@kiwico.com at least two business days before your renewal date.
Can I use more than one promo code on a KiwiCo order?
No. KiwiCo allows only one promotion per order. Special offers, coupons, and discounts cannot be combined. Choose the highest-value offer available before checkout — the newsletter sign-up discount is typically the strongest option for first-time subscribers.
Does KiwiCo offer gift subscriptions?
Yes. Gift subscriptions are available in 3-, 6-, and 12-month non-renewing terms. Gift cards can also be purchased and redeemed on the site. A personalized gift note can be included with any gift order. Non-renewing gift subscriptions are not eligible for refunds once purchased.
