How do I join the KFC Rewards program?
Download the KFC app or visit KFC.com, go to the Rewards page, and click Sign Me Up. Enter your email address to receive a unique login link. You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to participate. Existing account holders can join by logging in and accepting the updated terms.
How many points do I earn per dollar at KFC?
KFC Rewards members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made while logged into their account on kfc.com or the KFC app. Points are calculated on the actual amount paid after discounts, excluding tax, delivery fees, and service fees. Gift card purchases do not earn points.
Do KFC Rewards points expire?
Yes. KFC Rewards points expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, meaning no points earned or redeemed during that period. To keep your balance active, place at least one eligible order through your account every year. Points also have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Can I use a KFC gift card to pay through the app?
No. KFC gift cards are not currently accepted as payment through the KFC app or for any digital orders. They can be used in-restaurant only, with up to five gift cards accepted per order. You can combine gift cards with cash or a credit card to cover the remaining balance.
Where can I buy KFC gift cards?
KFC gift cards are available at all KFC restaurant locations in the U.S. and at select third-party retailers including Amazon, Target, and Kroger. Denominations range from $5 to $100. The value never expires and there are no fees. For bulk orders over 5 cards or $500, contact kfcbulk@wolfe.com.
