Belly Flops are "oopsie" jelly beans with weird shapes, abnormal sizes, or wrong colors that didn't come out perfectly during manufacturing. They taste the same as regular beans but sell at significant discounts in the Bargain Outlet.
Can I return Jelly Belly Outlet items?
No, all Outlet and clearance items are final sale with no returns, refunds, or exchanges allowed. The only exceptions are wrong items shipped or products damaged during transit, which qualify for replacement or refund.
How do Sweet Rewards points convert to store credit?
When the Sweet Rewards program ends in October 2025, remaining points (minimum 500) convert to a single store credit for your jellybelly.com account. You must create a site account by October 31, 2025, to preserve your points.
