New cardholders receive a $100 in-store welcome reward mailed with their card. Active cardholders also earn a $50 birthday bonus on purchases of $149.99 or more, and a $75 holiday reward on purchases of $75 or more, both redeemable in-store only. The card has no annual fee and offers interest-free financing on qualifying purchases.
What does the Helzberg Lifetime Care Plan cover?
The Lifetime Care Plan covers ring resizing, stone tightening, prong repair, pearl restringing, rhodium finishing, chain and clasp repair, and stone replacement for the life of your jewelry. You're required to bring your piece in every 6 months for inspections and cleanings. Services that typically cost $40 to $800 or more are included at no extra charge under the plan.
Can I return an online purchase to a Helzberg Diamonds store?
Yes. Items purchased on Helzberg.com can be returned to any Helzberg Diamonds store location within 30 days, provided the merchandise is unworn and in new condition. Bring your receipt, the item, and any packaging. Note that outlet purchases, whether made online or in an outlet store, must be returned to an outlet location specifically.
Does Helzberg Diamonds sell gift cards?
Yes. Helzberg Diamonds gift cards are available for purchase in-store in $25 increments up to $500. They can be redeemed at any Helzberg Diamonds retail location but cannot currently be used online. Gift cards have no expiration date and no usage or monthly maintenance fees.
What is the Helzberg Diamonds jewelry guarantee?
Every Helzberg Diamonds purchase comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If any manufacturing defect is found during that period, Helzberg will repair or replace your mounting at no charge. This is separate from the Lifetime Care Plan and covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, not normal wear or accidental damage.
