Does FYE have an active discount right now?
Yes. A 15% sitewide discount is currently applied automatically in your cart at checkout, so there's no FYE coupon code to track down. It excludes NeeDoh, Pokémon cards, and Topps Trading Cards, but covers most of the catalog including Funko, apparel, vinyl records, and Blu-rays.
How do I use a FYE coupon code at checkout?
At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field in the order summary panel and click Apply. Note that most current FYE deals apply automatically in the cart without a code. Can I try Backstage Pass VIP for free?
Yes. Backstage Pass VIP includes a 7-day free trial with direct credit card billing. Cancel before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. Full VIP benefits, including the 15% discount and partner perks, activate within 2 to 3 days of sign-up.
What is FYE's return policy?
FYE accepts returns within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be in original, unopened condition. Non-returnable items include trading cards, blind bags, food and beverages, personalized items, and earrings. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending anything back.
Are trading cards eligible for the FYE sitewide discount or returns?
No on both counts. Trading card products, including Pokémon cards and Topps Trading Cards, are excluded from the sitewide 15% discount and are non-returnable once sold and shipped. All trading card sales are final.
How fast does FYE ship, and is Rush delivery always available?
FYE offers three shipping speeds: Standard (5 to 10 business days), Expedited (4 to 7 business days), and Rush (2 to 4 business days). Rush delivery is only available to street addresses. PO Boxes and APO addresses don't qualify. Warehouses don't ship on weekends or holidays.
Does FYE offer a birthday discount?
Yes. Both Backstage Pass tiers include a 20% birthday discount. It's available with Backstage Pass Platinum ($25/year) and Backstage Pass VIP ($13.99/month). This is the highest single-day saving available through FYE's loyalty program and applies in-store and online.
