Free Country accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in original condition. A prepaid return label is provided, but a $9.99 flat-rate fee is deducted from your refund. Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable. Holiday purchases (November 1 through December 31) can be returned through January 15 of the following year.

Free Country Rewards members earn 1 point per $1 spent. Every 100 points equals a $10 discount at checkout.
