What is Eyeconic's return policy?
Eyeconic accepts returns within 30 days of the original shipping date. Returns and exchanges are free. Items must be returned in original resalable packaging: glasses with their frame case, contacts in sealed, unaltered boxes. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

For frames, Eyeconic provides a one-time replacement. Altering a product, such as gluing or bending, voids the warranty.
What happens if my prescription changes after I order from Eyeconic?
Eyeconic has you covered for up to six months from your shipping date. Here's how it works depending on what you ordered:Glasses: If your glasses prescription changes within six months of your shipping date, Eyeconic will exchange the lenses in your frames. You'll need to provide your updated prescription to process the exchange.Contact lenses: If your contact lens prescription changes within six months, Eyeconic will either exchange your contacts or provide store credit as an Eyeconic Gift Card, depending on the price difference. Your updated prescription is required here too.
