Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on select Enfamil products. This applies to purchases made directly on Enfamil.com and to receipts from outside retailers submitted through the Enfamil app. Subscription orders earn points at the same rate as standard orders.

Does Enfamil offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $50 ship free via UPS Standard Ground, calculated after all discounts are applied. Enfamil ships to all 50 US states but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently available.
What is the Enfamil return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for full, unopened shipping cases only. You must call 1-800-BABY123 for pre-authorization before sending anything back. A $10 return shipping fee may apply. Note that several products (including Enfagrow NeuroPro Toddler Nutritional Drink and certain specialty formulas) are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I use an Enfamil promo code on any product?
No. Many specialty and hypoallergenic products are excluded from standard promotional codes, including Enfamil Gentlease Powder, NeuroPro EnfaCare, ProSobee, Nutramigen, and Pregestimil, among others. Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other Enfamil Shop promotions.

WIC coverage varies by state, so contact your local community health department to confirm which formulas are covered in your area. How does the Enfamil subscription price lock work?
When you set up a subscription order on Enfamil.com, your price is locked at the rate active at the time of setup. Future price increases won't affect your subscription cost unless you modify the order yourself, at which point the current price at the time of the update will apply.

Helping Hands is an Enfamil program that provides a one-time complimentary shipment of Enfamil product per child per household. Eligibility is based on financial need, and the request must be submitted by your baby's doctor. Additional support is available for parents of multiples.
