How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any food tour in any of their 20+ European destinations.
Can I cancel my tour for a full refund?
Yes, public tours can be canceled with a full refund up to 24 hours before departure. Private tours can be canceled and fully refunded up to 7 days before departure.
Is rescheduling my tour free?
Rescheduling is free for requests made more than 24 hours before 8am CET on your tour date. Changes within 24 hours may incur amendment fees.

Can I get a partial refund if I miss part of my tour?
No, partial refunds aren't offered for unused portions of tours since all experiences are sold as complete packages. Late arrivals and no-shows aren't eligible for refunds.

Tours run rain or shine. Refunds aren't offered for weather-related cancellations within 24 hours, but if conditions make tours impossible to run safely, rescheduling or refunds will be offered.
