How do I join Dunkin' Rewards?
Download the Dunkin' app or visit DunkinDonuts.com and create a free account. Once enrolled, you'll start earning 10 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases immediately. Sign in before every order (in-store, via mobile ordering, or drive-thru) to make sure your points are captured.
How many points do I need to get a free coffee at Dunkin'?
You need 600 points to redeem a free any-size hot or iced Coffee or Tea through Dunkin' Rewards. At 10 points per $1 spent, that's $60 in qualifying purchases. Specialty drinks like Cold Brew, Shakin' Espresso, and the Dunkalatte require 950 points.
What is Dunkin' Boosted Status and how do I get it?
Boosted Status raises your earning rate from 10 to 12 points per $1 spent (a 20% bonus) for three full months. To earn it, make 12 qualifying visits in a single calendar month. Each visit must be at least 60 minutes apart and include a points-eligible purchase. Redeeming a free reward does not count toward your visit total.
Do Dunkin' Rewards points expire?
Yes. Dunkin' Rewards points expire 12 months from the last day of the month in which they were earned. Once you convert points into a reward, that reward is valid for 30 days from the conversion date. Keeping your account active with regular purchases is the best way to protect your balance.
Can I redeem more than one Dunkin' reward at a time?
Yes. You can redeem multiple converted rewards in a single transaction. However, rewards cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers. Redeem in-store by scanning the reward's QR code at the register, or apply it in your cart before placing a mobile order through the app.
How do I get a free donut from the Dunkin' receipt survey?
After your visit, find the survey invitation on your receipt and complete the guest satisfaction survey.
