Dollar General Coupons are clipped digitally, not entered as codes. Open the DG app or visit dollargeneral.com, sign into your myDG® account, and add Digital Coupons to your myDG Wallet. In-store, enter your phone number at checkout. Online, stay logged in. Savings apply automatically with no manual entry needed.
Can I stack a Digital Coupon and a Cash Back offer on the same item?
No. Digital Coupons and Cash Back offers cannot be combined on the same single item in one transaction. If both are clipped for the same product, the Digital Coupon takes priority and Cash Back will not be earned on that item. The higher-value discount applies when only one type is involved.
What is DG Cash and how do I redeem it?
DG Cash is earned through Cash Back offers in the myDG® program and stored in your myDG Wallet. Redeem it at participating Dollar General store locations only. Show the DG Cash barcode to the cashier or scan it at self-checkout. DG Cash cannot be used online, at pOpshelf stores, or for gift cards, tobacco, alcohol, or financial services.
Does DG Cash expire?
No, DG Cash does not expire, but your account must remain in good standing. If your account is closed, you'll be notified of any remaining balance and your redemption options. If your account is removed for breaching Dollar General's terms, any DG Cash balance is forfeited.
What items are excluded from DG Delivery?
Several categories cannot be ordered through DG Delivery:Alcohol, tobacco, and certain medicinesPre-paid gift cards, mobile phones, and phone cardsAny age-restricted itemsItems paid for with DG Cash, paper coupons, EBT, or gift cardsDigital Coupons can be applied to delivery orders if the item is eligible.
How does the spendwell® card cash back work at Dollar General?
The spendwell® Reloadable Visa® Debit Card earns unlimited 1% cash back on all purchases made anywhere, rounded to the nearest dollar. That cash back is added to your account and redeemable only on future Dollar General purchases. There's no monthly fee. ATM transactions and bill pay do not earn cash back.
What are Dollar Deals at Dollar General?
Dollar Deals are items priced at exactly $1.00, available in-store and online. Categories include food, candy and snacks, health, household cleaning, beauty, toys, pet supplies, and office and school supplies. New items are added regularly, so the selection changes frequently. Worth checking before each shopping trip.
Can I get a refund on a DG Delivery order?
Yes, with conditions. Self-service refunds cover up to 2 items or $5 in value. For refunds on more than 2 items, amounts over $5, or a full order that wasn't delivered, contact Customer Care. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Dollar General may grant refunds at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.
Does Dollar General offer gift cards at a discount?
Yes. Dollar General offers 15% off select gift card brands, covering restaurants, retail stores, entertainment, and digital platforms. Many cards can be used online.
