How does the Dillard's rewards program work?
Cardholders earn 2 points per $1 spent at Dillard's. Reaching 1,500 points earns your choice of a 10% Off One-Day Shopping Pass or a $10 Rewards Certificate. The Dillard's Mastercard also earns 2 points per $1 at U.S. gas stations and supermarkets. Points expire 12 months after they're earned.
What discount do new Dillard's Credit Card holders get?
New cardholders who spend $100 at Dillard's on the day their account is approved receive a 10% Off Welcome Shopping Pass with their first statement. The maximum discount is $100. The pass is valid for one day's eligible purchases at Dillard's.
Can I use Afterpay at Dillard's?
Yes. Dillard's accepts Afterpay for eligible purchases, splitting the total into four interest-free payments every two weeks. The first payment is due at checkout. Afterpay requires a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, and a U.S. Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. It is not available for gift card purchases.
Does Dillard's charge a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, for certain products. A $25 restocking fee applies to some items returned by mail or in store. If a restocking fee applies to your order, it will be noted on the Shopping Bag page before checkout. The fee is deducted from your refund amount and is separate from the $9.95 mail return label cost.
How do I return an online Dillard's order for free?
Return the item to any Dillard's store location (excluding Clearance Centers) with your receipt or proof of purchase. In-store returns are completely free. Returning by mail costs $9.95 for the Dillard's prepaid label. Bring items in original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
What is the Dillard's Registry Completion Program?
The Registry Completion Program lets couples purchase most remaining items on their wedding registry at 20% off the regular everyday low price. The discount is available in Dillard's stores only and cannot be used online. Wedding registry purchases also come packaged in a complimentary white gift box.
Does Dillard's offer in-store or curbside pickup?
Yes. Most items on dillards.com are available for free in-store or curbside pickup. Orders must total $50 or more, with one exception: cosmetic merchandise can be picked up below that minimum. Items marked more than 41% off and gift cards are not eligible. You have 10 days to claim your order once it's ready.
