What does the Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Guarantee cover?
The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Guarantee covers all CamelBak reservoirs, packs, bottles, coolers, drinkware, and accessories against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. CamelBak will repair or replace the item at no charge. It does not cover normal wear, accidents, or misuse.
Can I return a CamelBak product I bought from a third-party retailer?
No. Returns through camelbak.com are only accepted for items purchased directly on-site within 30 days. If you bought from another retailer, contact that retailer for return assistance. CamelBak provides a prepaid FedEx return label for eligible direct purchases.
Does CamelBak offer free shipping?
CamelBak charges a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $12. Expedited shipping is available for non-custom items. Custom orders are not eligible for expedited shipping and can take up to three weeks to process and ship within the U.S.
How long does a CamelBak refund take?
Once your return is received by the warehouse, allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. Late returns may receive store credit instead of a direct refund. CamelBak does not offer direct exchanges, so you'll need to place a new order for a different item.
Can I pay for CamelBak orders in installments?
Yes. CamelBak accepts Klarna at checkout for interest-free installment payments. Other accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Klarna is a useful option for higher-ticket gear like hydration packs.
Are CamelBak custom products returnable?
No. Custom CamelBak products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. Custom orders are only available in large quantities, take up to three weeks to ship, and are delivered within the U.S. only. Expedited shipping is not available for customized items.
What is the difference between CamelBak Tritan™ Renew and insulated stainless steel bottles?
Tritan™ Renew bottles are lightweight recycled plastic, more affordable and great for everyday use. Insulated stainless steel bottles offer better temperature retention and are priced higher. In the Past Seasons Sale, Tritan™ Renew options start from $10.99 versus $19.99 for comparable stainless steel versions.
