Creating a free account earns 100 points instantly. You can earn an additional 50 points for subscribing to emails, 50 for SMS, 25 for following on Instagram, and 25 for liking on Facebook, totaling 250 points before your first purchase.
Can new Buttercloth customers get a discount on their first order?
Yes. New customers who use a friend's unique referral link receive 20% off automatically applied at checkout on their first order. The referring customer also receives 20% off. There's no limit on how many friends an existing customer can refer.
What is Buttercloth's return policy?
Buttercloth accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items with the original hang tag attached. Try-ons are fine. Final Sale items, hats, socks, underwear, and gift boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes. Points expire after one year of account inactivity. Activated reward coupons expire one month after being activated, so only redeem a coupon when you're ready to use it. Returning a purchase will deduct the points earned on that order.
