All Blix bikes are covered under a 1-year comprehensive warranty for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Services for warranties that are not confirmed and approved by Blix prior to work being done will be the customer's sole responsibility. The warranty goes into effect after the date you register your bike. You can register your Blix bike here.
How Fast are Blix Bikes Delivered?
nce the order has been placed, you can generally expect your Blix e-bike to be delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving your shipping notification. Timing may vary depending on weather and other factors. Shipping time frames are estimated based on information received on a daily basis and the shipping date or time frame is regularly updated on the website.
Does Blix Have a Return Policy?
Blix has a 30-day return period from the time of shipment for all orders. View the entire Blix Returns and Exchanges terms here. A restocking and shipping fee will apply. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition. For returns that include a battery, the associated keys must be also returned. If you lost the key, please let Blix know.
How Long Does it Take a Blix Electric Bike to Charge?
A full charge only takes 4 hours, so you can easily charge up during the workday or between errands. To charge the battery, simply plug it into a regular wall outlet, either while the battery is attached to the bike or off the bike. You don’t need to wait for the battery to fully charge.

Blix e-bikes are shipped 80% assembled, so your new ride will need a helping hand. But Blix doesn’t leave you hanging with your new bike! You can find support for e-bike assembly on the website. But, if you are uncomfortable taking the lead, request an assembly quote from your local bike shop.
