The Eyewear Protection Plan costs $39.99 for 12 months and covers cracked or scratched lenses, cracked frames, and breakdowns from normal wear and tear. Co-pays apply, and limitations and exclusions are outlined at checkout. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.
