What is Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) protection on BabyQuip?
CFAR is an optional add-on available at checkout for US-based reservations booked more than 48 hours in advance. It lets you cancel up to the reservation start time for a full refund of rental and service fees, minus the CFAR fee. It's not available for last-minute bookings.
How do BabyQuip delivery fees work?
Delivery fees are set by each Quality Provider and vary by distance and location. Additional charges may apply for same-day delivery, after-hours drop-offs, and airport deliveries. The full fee is shown before you confirm your reservation. Choosing a provider with self-pickup and self-return can eliminate delivery costs entirely.
Can I use a BabyQuip e-gift card with other discounts?
Yes. BabyQuip e-gift cards (available in denominations from $25 to $250) can be applied to US reservations alongside other eligible discounts, including long-stay automatic savings and referral credits. Gift cards cannot be used for reservations outside the United States.
What is the minimum rental period at BabyQuip?
