Store credit offers up to 150% more value than the cash amount. If they offer $10 cash for your items, you could receive up to $25 in store credit instead.
How long does it take to earn a $5 reward?
You need 150 points to earn a $5 reward. Since you get 1 point per $1 spent, you'll earn a reward after spending $150 across all purchases.
What items can I trade in at 2nd & Charles?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns to physical stores are free, while mail returns have shipping costs deducted from your refund.
