Can I return clearance items purchased at 1-800Lighting?
No. Clearance Specials are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Every clearance item is inspected before shipping; if it fails inspection, the order is cancelled and a full refund is issued automatically.

Most items can be returned within 90 days of delivery in original, as-new packaging. A 10% return fee is deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Clearance items, assembled products, light bulbs, and custom orders are not eligible for return.
Does 1-800Lighting offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Two-day and overnight shipping via FedEx are available for eligible items. Expedited shipping applies from the moment the carrier picks up your order — it does not affect fulfillment or lead times. Freight truck items and backordered products are not eligible.
